In the summer of 2005, CEA contracted with RCGI consultants to develop a survey question matrix that would effectively categorize the growing phenomenon of installation challenges faced by the mobile electronics industry. RCGI was able to utilize both industry experience and subject matter expertise to draft questions that offered a definitive conclusion rather than unclear, open ended responses. CEA’s market research department did an excellent job of summarizing and categorizing the results into this 15 page report. The report is used for several industry communications objectives as well as for product development strategies by the industry’s leading companies.
