AV123 chose RCGI to develop product manuals (appropriately titled “Enjoyment Guides”) for several of their home speakers including the Strata Mini and the popular x-series loudspeakers. The results were concise, effective manuals that contain the need to know information that AV123 customers needed to get their speakers up and running as soon as their deliveries hit their front door.

We really enjoyed working with AV123 because they have a dedicated, music loving community who appreciate a manual that is written for the true enthusiast. We support AV123 on both timelines and budget to provide excellent value.
