Ramsey Consulting Group was contracted by Sony Mobile’s communications provider to develop retail dealer communications and new product training content.

The retail dealer communications are delivered through Sony’s proprietary dealer website in which Sony retailers have unprecedented access to the world of Sony Mobile Electronics including high end installations by top Sony retailers, informative how-to articles, company events that involve dealers, and many other important communications projects that keep business fresh and dealers excited.

The new product training content is delivered through the well known Cyberscholar program. In partnership with Sony Mobile’s communications provider, Ramsey Consulting Group developed the content and knowledge assessments which ultimately become an online training course for retail professionals to stay up to date on the latest Sony Mobile products, including technical and sales tips.
