Ramsey Consulting Group was contracted by Sony Mobile’s communications provider to develop retail dealer communications and new product training content in 2006 and 2007.

The retail dealer communications are delivered through Sony’s proprietary dealer website in which Sony retailers have unprecedented access to the world of Sony Mobile. The new product training content developed by Ramsey Consulting Group was delivered through the well known Cyberscholar program.

In partnership with Sony Mobile’s communications provider at the time, Kollins, Ramsey Consulting Group developed the content and knowledge assessments which ultimately become an online training course for retail professionals to stay up to date on the latest Sony Mobile products, including technical and sales tips.
